The municipality of Rincon de la Victoria is in the process of introducing a system of electronic management which will offer a range of public services to the local citizens. I t aims to modernize the current system and allow some dealings with the town hall to be carried out electronically without the necessity of a visit personally.
Citizens will be able to look up receipts and records to issue payment cards, manage complaints and make suggestions.
There will also be a facility for companies to consult invoices, deposits and guarantees, manage and request documentation and apply for various documents.
Carmen Millan has pointed out the time saved by those not needing to visit the town hall personally.
